We provide products and services in both the Outcomes Assessment System (OAS): EvalTools® and the Learning Management System (LMS): Moodle™.  EvalTools® is our primary product.  EvalTools® focuses on the outcomes assessment needs of higher educaton institutions. EvalTools® Secondary Eduation Edition is a customized version of EvalTools® specifically designed for high schools in having their programs to meet their state education standards. 

We have also adopted Moodle™ as our LMS package to give a better integrated experience for using both the LMS and OAS together.  Moodle™ is an open-source project and its detailed information is available at www.moodle.org.  Moodle™ is a well-tested and accepted LMS package around the world.  We provide services in support and training for Moodle™.  

Here, we focus on the EvalTools® features: (a) administrative assistance features and (b) program assessment and evaluation features.

    Our Outcomes Assessment System (OAS)--- EvalTools® is designed to address the following three important questions:

    1. Identify strength and weaknesses in the curriculum for quality improvement
    2. Gauge the level of success of meeting program outcomes/educational objectives
    3. Track/document effectively on "closing the loop" on outcomes assessment

    EvalTools® is unique in identifying a user's role in your school once he/she logs in.  EvalTools® gives a Provost, Deans, Chairs, program directors, faculty members, or students each their own relevant features once he/she logs in.  The features available to each user are hierarchical much like that of your school.  The Provost/Deans can see data at all levels. Chairs can see data at the departmental level and a faculty member can only see data at his/her own level for example.  To make life easier, EvalTools® provides features grouped in "Offices" much like the functional units at school as follows:

    • Faculty Office
    • Secretary Office
